Both in the structure and in the processes designed for the strategic definition, ESG aspects are considered for evaluation and decision making. To do this, we have evolved our governance to incorporate the most modern processes of management and communication with stakeholders.
Our Board of Directors – the company’s highest decision-making body, responsible for approving the strategic guidelines – is supported by four advisory committees. The most recent of these, set up in 2021, is the Audit Committee, responsible for evaluating the evolution of risk management, internal and external audit, and internal control processes.
